PepRNA-DB: Peptide-mediated nucleic-acid delivery database

PepRNA-DB is a curated, literature-derived resource for peptide-mediated delivery of RNA and nucleic-acid cargoes, including siRNA, mRNA, antisense oligonucleotides (ASOs), splice-correcting oligonucleotides (SCOs), miRNA, and plasmid DNA.

The database links source publications to peptide sequence and chemistry, nucleic-acid sequences and cargo information, formulation context, biological model, uptake evidence, in vitro functional activity, endosomal escape evidence, and in vivo delivery outcome.
