This page provides downloadable exports generated directly from the current database. The files are intended to support reproducible analysis, visualization, sequence comparison, and reuse of the curated literature records.

These downloads are generated from the current database, so they update after the database is reloaded from a revised Excel file.

The full curated dataset export includes linked paper, peptide, cargo, formulation, biological model, and experiment outcome fields. The table-specific downloads provide unique papers, unique peptides, unique RNA/nucleic-acid systems, or experiment-only records.

Although PepRNA-DB is focused on peptide-mediated RNA delivery, the exports also retain related pDNA records when plasmid DNA was reported in the curated peptide-delivery literature.
