Output Notes Same PPP-NPs formulation but without NIR activation (dark). Uptake was low and similar to non-modified NPs at both pH 7.4 and 6.0. EGFR-siRNA delivered by PPP-NPs without NIR showed weaker silencing than activated PPP-NPs. Encapsulation efficiency ~87%.
