Output Notes Confocal microscopy (FAM-PNA-Pen): punctate cytosolic fluorescence without agents (endosomal sequestration); chloroquine increased nuclear uptake. Splice-correction activity remained low without chloroquine; only slight enhancement with chloroquine.
Toxicity Notes MAP-derived (KLA/RLA/ELA) conjugates showed cytotoxicity at higher concentrations (reported ~20% viability at 4 µM by MTT).
