Output Notes No transfection without CPPs. ZIF-8 nanocomposites increased transfection: pGL3-PF14 by ~2–4×; pGL3-PF221 by ~3–8× vs peptide alone (range across ZIF-8 variants and ratios).
Toxicity Notes WST-1 assay in HeLa cells showed no observable toxicity for ZIF-8 composites with or without CPPs under tested conditions (24 h incubation).
