Zeta Mv 15.00
Model Scope in_vitro
Model Type in vitro
Cell Lines Or Primary Cells A549-luc-C8 (human lung epithelial reporter cell line)
Animal Model
Administration Route
Output Type Luciferase knockdown (% of control; normalized to total protein)
Output Value
Output Units
Output Notes High silencing only when CaCl2 added; best formulations at high CaCl2 (69.2 mM) and moderately high N/P (≈23) achieved ~92% knockdown (≈8.0% luciferase remaining) at 50 nM.
Toxicity Notes Complexes showed no cytotoxicity in A549-luc-C8; free dTAT showed modest cytotoxicity (IC50 ~4 mg/mL) vs PEI (IC50 ~22 µg/mL).
